About your private page
What this is. A private page for people who have done a free hair review with Vera & Vine,
to keep track of how a hair-oiling and scalp-massage routine goes for them. It is informal and it is not a medical study.
What I ask. Your starting photos if you would like to add them, then a short check-in once a month
for six months: a few lines, with up to two photos if you like. All of it is optional, and you can stop whenever you want.
Your safety. Patch test before first use: a small amount behind the ear or inside the elbow, then wait 48 hours.
Stop straight away and tell me if you notice redness, itching, burning, swelling or any other reaction. If it is severe or does not
settle, see a GP or pharmacist, or call NHS 111. This routine is not a substitute for medical advice.
Your information. Photos of your hair or scalp may count as health information, so I ask for your explicit consent.
Your photos and notes are used only to run your page and prepare your reviews. They are never published, never used in marketing,
and never shared with anyone outside Vera & Vine. Everything on your page, including your free-review photos, is kept for as long
as you have your page, and deleted straight away when you press "Delete my data" or ask me to close it. If you have not signed in
for 12 months, I will email you to ask whether you want to keep it; nothing is deleted without asking you first.
Your phone number, if you give one, is not used yet: if text reminders are added later, they stay off until you switch them on.
Reminder emails only come if you ask for them, and every one has a link to stop them. You can delete everything yourself on this page.
